Apporter une dimension internationale à son cursus sans pour autant effectuer de mobilité physique dans un autre pays : c’est possible ! Au sein de notre UFR, nous mettons en place des projets de COIL (Collaborative On-line International Learning), dispositif d'apprentissage permettant à nos étudiant·es de faire l'expérience du travail en contexte international et interculturel tout en restant à l’Université Gustave Eiffel. Cela se traduit par une activité pédagogique impliquant plusieurs groupes d'étudiant·es situé·es dans plusieurs pays, de sorte qu'ils puissent se confronter à des différences de cultures et de contextes. Ainsi, les étudiant·es pourront développer des compétences interculturelles sur la base d'une expérience directe. La philosophie est donc d'apprendre en faisant et en ayant une démarche réflexive sur son expérience.

A titre d’exemple, nous pouvons citer le projet PIONEER, rassemblant 3 universités européennes en plus de la nôtre : ISCTE (Portugal), LAUREA (Finlande) et TH Köln (Allemagne). A l’occasion du BIP Service Design, nos étudiant·es du Master Marketing et Management des Services ainsi que ceux des 3 universités précédemment citées ont travaillé sur une problématique d’entreprise.

It's possible to add an international dimension to your courses without actually moving to another country! Within our UFR, we are setting up COIL (Collaborative On-line International Learning) projects, a learning scheme enabling our students to experience working in an international and intercultural context while remaining at the Gustave Eiffel University. This takes the form of a teaching activity involving several groups of students located in different countries, so that they can come face to face with different cultures and contexts. In this way, students will be able to develop intercultural skills on the basis of direct experience. The philosophy is therefore to learn by doing and to reflect on their experience.

One example is the PIONEER project, which brings together 3 European universities in addition to our own: ISCTE (Portugal), LAUREA (Finland) and TH Köln (Germany). During the BIP Service Design event, our Marketing and Service Management Master’s degree students and those from the 3 universities mentioned above worked on a business problem.
